Hi, I’m Shelley Worth.
My career has taken me from directing training programs in the Canadian Armed Forces to building a digital learning library for a small business non-profit and designing learning solutions for pharmaceutical organizations.
Across these environments, one principle has remained consistent: effective learning begins with understanding what success requires.
I combine business awareness, adult learning principles, instructional design, project leadership, and a practical orientation toward execution. I enjoy moving between the big picture and the details—defining the problem, building the approach, and creating something people can actually use.
Good learning design starts with the right problem.
Great learning design helps solve it.
Master of Education, Instructional Design - Athabasca University
