I work at the intersection of business performance, human capability, and learning experience design. My focus is helping organizations develop the people, skills, and systems they need to succeed—and helping experts turn what they know into learning experiences that make a lasting impact.
With 15+ years of experience spanning enterprise training leadership, life sciences, digital learning, and instructional design, I bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution to the challenges of learning and development.
Whether the challenge is building a learning function, preparing a workforce for a product launch, designing a transformative workshop, or integrating AI into the way people work, my approach begins with a simple question:
What do people need to be able to do, and how can we help them do it better?
Learning is a means to an end.
Training is not the goal. Neither is technology, content, or even learning itself. The goal is to build the knowledge, skills, judgment, and confidence people need to perform, adapt, and grow. Achieving that requires more than good instructional design. It requires understanding the business, diagnosing capability gaps, designing for real-world application, and creating the conditions for learning to translate into action.
